It's a b-dubs. Same as most you'll ever go to. Same (decent) American food. They hire cute waitresses at every chain, this one trends towards young just out of highschool types, very friendly but clearly it is their first job. The managers are semi-creepy middle aged guys, watch out for bushy mustache dude-manager. He's extra creepy. It's probably the best sports bar in mason city.

Best sports bar in Clear Lake and Mason City. Most of the bartenders and game makers are really friendly and will find your game for you. I've never sat at a table before so I can't say how the service is there. Kiera is the best bartender they have. It's a lot better than the Other Place in clear lake that's for sure. When I'm at the Other Place I wish I was at The other place besides there!!

Good wings. Service ok, server very polite and nice but slow and forgetful. Probably won't prevent me from coming back but wish they would step up the service a bit.

Wings are ok, beer is cold. Sauce variety is good. Waitresses are a bit ditzy. I told my waitress I just wanted to enjoy my beer and I will order in 30 minutes. 10 minutes later she came around and asked what I wanted to eat. So I ordered my food and got out of the place. Too bad they could have gotten more business out of me....

Okay, I have been here before, so I was more surprised than anyone with this visit. As I came in, I told the waitress I would Ike a seat on the patio. She told me it was open seating so I thanked her & moved on to the patio. As I was moving onto the patio, I met a gentleman coming out who a appeared to be an employee. We both acknowledged each other. After waiting for twenty minutes to be served, I went into the bar area to purchase a beer & returned to the patio. If u r into details, I was receipt #30012 @ 4;57 PM for a total of $5.89, a little pricey for the lack of service I received, me thinks. Then I waited another thirty minutes on the patio for a waiter or waitress to show up so I could order some food. Again no one showed. In leaving the establishment I noted five waitress's standing by the cash register talking to each other. In fact I don't think they even noticed me leaving. The place on the other hand was virtually empty . . . & I, I was simply puzzled by the experience . . .

This place was packed at 5:45 on a normal sportsday Thursday. This was not my first time at a BWW but was my first time at this one since I am visiting out of town. I don't think they have the best wings or beer choices, but everything they do have is 4 out of 5 stars. Its family friendly and also friends and a lot of beer friendly too.
